About Me

Dan
Nemirovsky

Leader. Technologist. Product Designer. Instigator of Good Trouble.

I build things that work beautifully, and the teams that build them. For 15+ years, I've led design across fintech, healthcare, and enterprise tech. I've scaled from zero-to-one product launches to unifying fragmented digital ecosystems. I'm equally comfortable architecting design systems, coaching teams through chaos, and helping senior stakeholders see design as the competitive advantage it actually is.

I'm obsessed with finding the intersection where strong designers meet modern technology — AI-enhanced workflows, Figma at scale, tools that get out of the way and let craft happen. I spend a lot of time translating design thinking to the C-suite, and I believe that job is as important as the design work itself.

I'm at my best in the messy middle: navigating regulated environments, building cultures where design isn't a service function, helping organizations ask better questions about what they're building and why. I believe in human-centered, data-informed design that's tested, iterated, accessible, ethical, and still has a spark of soul.

Also? Design should be fun.

Coffee. Obviously.

The counter on the homepage isn't a joke. Every good idea starts with a cup. Every great idea starts with two.

Photography & Video

If it can be framed, I'm already thinking about the shot. Documentary-style shoots, brand video, and a deep appreciation for natural light.

Hudson Valley Explorer

Trails, farms, small towns, and mountain views. The Hudson Valley keeps showing up in the work. Hard not to be inspired.

Obsessive Type Nerd

Yes, I notice bad kerning in restaurant menus. No, I cannot be stopped. I have opinions about every font ever made.

AI-Augmented, Not AI-Dependent

Still Excited After 20 Years

The problems keep changing. The satisfaction of solving them hasn't. That's the whole reason to keep doing this.
